Indianapolis-based EDGE Mentoring announced the launch of its new development program, EDGE Work. The company says the program features a mentoring approach designed to improve the “whole-person development” of a company’s team members. It includes participants from several Indiana companies, including: California Closets, Elanco, KSM Consulting, and Medxcel, among others.

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Inside INdiana Business) – Indianapolis-based EDGE Mentoring announced the launch of its new development program, EDGE Work. The company says the program features a mentoring approach designed to improve the “whole-person development” of a company’s team members.

The company says its inagural cohort will include 39 mentors and mentees, and participants who complete the program will receive certification from Butler University Executive Education. The program will involve bi-weekly mentoring sessions and quarterly networking events to learn from the EDGE community.

EDGE says the program’s curriculum was created with the support of Butler University and training and support was provided by Telemachus.

The company says the program is the first-of-its-kind and includes participants from several Indiana companies, including: California Closets, Elanco, KSM Consulting, and Medxcel, among others.
