Vice President, Real Estate
Ron Brown has over fourteen years of healthcare facilities management, construction and real estate experience. He currently serves as the Vice President of Real Estate, leading Medxcel’s Real Estate portfolio strategy in property acquisition, leasing, disposition, asset management and lease management.
Prior to his current role, Ron held several leadership roles in the commercial real estate arena where he played a key role in centralizing real estate operations for a national portfolio of 12M+ square feet of leased and 26M+ square feet of owned property.
Ron earned a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Connecticut and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Haven. He was recently designated a Certified Commercial Investment Member by the CCIM Institute, a professional designation held by fewer than ten percent of commercial real estate investors and advisors, and he also holds a real estate sales license in the State of Connecticut, where he currently resides.
